Saturday, August 30 I'll start posting my overdue Natsu Matsuri (Summer Festival) post. Haha. Got the tickets from JCC and went with Diyana and Krystle. This year was crowded as compared to last yr i think. And the most disappointing thing was I didn't get to rent the yukata! =( i MUST wear one next year! I spent $11 on the event. $5.50 for the bento, $2.50 for the not-so-nice korokke, $1 for the awsome meiji ice cream, and $2 for the game. There was a lot of games available this year as compared to 3 last year. But diyana and I played the yoyo balloon only. Caught 2 balloons, 1 white 1 pink.   Gave the white one to Peifen :D I kinda forgot what else we did. Let me think ... After walking around, eating and played games, we went to the sports hall for the performance. But we only caught the perf by Albirex Niigata soccer team.    D: Their's was the last performance afterwhich is the Bon odori. Didnt stay for that part. Left the sports hall and went to the ice cream booth. 2 cute guys were stationed there! :D No picture leh =/ Btw, they speak English with no Japanese accent. Plus point. Lol~ Initially I don't wanna eat the ice cream. But after seeing how awsome the ice cream was (cos diyana bought it), I decided to try! It's meiji green tea icecream (stick), outer coat is the green tea flavour, the top of the inside is some cream colored liquid, the bottom is filled with red bean! Awsome-ness. I wonder if Fairprice sells them.  Ramdon photo of this fair and cute guy (3rd person) from another booth. Hehe. After finishing the ice cream, we went home! Near the shuttlebus waiting area, the soccer guys were distributing flyers + ticket to their match against SAF on 2nd sept. Who wanna go? Haha. Doubt I'll be going cos it's at Jurong East Stadium.
