Japan Trip 2010 Day 4 Friday, July 1 Here's my last entry for the Japan trip! We went to Ameyoko at Ueno in the morning to buy more snacks and to Harujuku in the evening.  I believe this photo was taken in Kabuki-cho on our way out.  There was a game centre in Kabuki-cho but I didn't have time to play the UFO catchers (aka crane machines)!  This view was taken from the inside of Kabuki-cho in the morning. It isn't as busy as it is at night.
We went to shop in this Uniqlo anyway even though there's Uniqlo in Singapore. Haha. It has 4 (or was it 5?) stories of clothings. Price wise after conversion is pretty much the same as Singapore's.

Overpriced banana on stick coated with blue chocolate and sprinkles at Ueno. They were many colour chocobanana on the booth and it kinda reminds me of Poupeegirl's summer event! So of course I have to try them even though they looked normal. Well, it tasted really normal, just banana and chocolate ^^;

My one and only photo of Harajuku/Takeshita Street as my hands was filled with snacks bought earlier that day. And I was busy shopping! :D
Jacket, pencil case and accessories were from Takeshita Street Navy tutuanna tights from somewhere in Shibuya Gray knitted hat from earth music&ecology Bambi tumbler from Disneyland, and schedule book from a shop in Lumine Est    Dinner for the night at a ramen shop in Kabuki-cho!  On our way to Haneda Airport. We were the only ones in the coach as it was the last scheduled coach of the day. Saw the Tokyo Tower but I couldn't take a good photo of it :( In Haneda Aiport   The watering can was moving back and forth~
     All these snacks were really delicious! My personal favourite is the last one, which is Ginza Strawberry cake. It's filled with custard and strawberry cream. Yummy~ This sums up my Japan trip post! I really hop I can visit Tokyo somewhere in the near future! :) |
